Job Description
A Retail Performance Marketer is responsible for driving measurable growth in sales and customer acquisition by leveraging data-driven marketing strategies across digital and offline channels. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search, social media, display, and affiliate campaigns

Data & Analytics
- Track KPIs such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Use A/B testing and performance insights to refine strategies
Success Metrics

- Improved customer retention and lifetime value (CLV).
- Consistent achievement of ROI targets.
📚 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in retail/e-commerce.
- Proven track record of managing campaigns with measurable ROI.
