Founder & Managing Director
Mr. S Rajamouli
Seerna Rajamouli is the Managing Director of our Company and is associated with the Company since incorporation. He holds a class 7th common examination certificate from government high school Goshamahal, Hyderabad. He has over 30 years of experience in the retail sector. He is responsible for driving the Company’s long-term strategy, overseeing supply chain operations, cost efficiency, supplier relations and inventory control, as well as maintaining quality and ethical standards across the Company’s operations.
T. Prasad Rao
He started his entrepreneurial journey in 1980 from a humble background and has witnessed the hard work and struggle that went into setting up RS Brothers Retail India Private Limited which is now one of the biggest textile Retail trading groups in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana
Key responsibilities: Managing Director Strategy, procurement and supply chain management
Strategic Planning: Develops and oversees the company’s long-term strategy in alignment with overall business objectives, focusing on supply chain optimization, cost efficiency, and value creation.
Identifies new growth opportunities, market trends, and emerging risks, translating these into actionable plans.

Risk Management: Identifies, evaluates, and mitigates supply chain risks (such as supplier reliability, geopolitical issues, and environmental factors) to maintain business continuity.
Develops contingency plans to address potential disruptions, ensuring resilience in the supply chain.
Supplier Relationship Management: Builds and nurtures relationships with key suppliers, ensuring alignment with company standards on quality, delivery, pricing, and ethical practices.
Negotiates and establishes favorable contracts, seeking cost reductions and value-added partnerships.
Strategic Sourcing: Develops sourcing strategies to identify, evaluate, and secure reliable suppliers, ensuring
competitive pricing and high-quality materials.
Diversifies suppliers to reduce dependency on single sources and enhance supply chain resilience.
Cost Optimization and Budgeting: Oversees the procurement budget, setting cost targets and ensuring efficient use of
resources.
Identifies and implements cost-saving opportunities, such as volume purchasing, longterm contracts, and supplier partnerships.
Inventory Management: Develops and implements inventory management strategies to balance supply with demand, minimize holding costs, and reduce stockouts.
Quality and Compliance:
Ensures that all supply chain processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining high levels of product and service quality.
Oversees compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements throughout the supply chain.
