Thouta Srinivas is the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company and is associated with the Company since March 19, 2025. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Osmania University. He has over 44 years of experience in power distribution sector. Prior to joining our Company, he served as Director and Chief Financial Officer of Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Company Limited, Hyderabad. Over the course of his career, he held various key positions including Chief General Manager, Superintendent Engineer, Divisional Engineer and Assistant Divisional Engineer at Central Power Distribution Company of Andhra Pradesh Limited.
